I’m Chuck Major, founder of 2C General Contracting, and my role is to help you answer those questions before they turn into stress, delays, or expensive mistakes.

With nearly 15 years of hands-on construction experience, I’ve learned that successful projects don’t start with building—they start with clear planning, honest conversations, and realistic expectations. Most problems in construction aren’t craftsmanship issues; they’re planning and communication failures that happen long before work begins.

At 2C, the focus is on you and your project. Whether you’re renovating, rebuilding, or planning something new, my job is to help you understand your options, identify risks, and move forward with confidence. Some clients hire us to build. Others hire us simply to guide, plan, and protect their investment. Both are equally valuable.

You can expect straightforward guidance—no pressure, no surprises, and no vague answers. If something doesn’t make sense, I’ll explain it. If a plan carries risk, we’ll address it early. If there’s a better approach—even if it means less work for us—I’ll tell you. My goal isn’t to sell you on a project; it’s to help you make the right decision.

I’m a husband and father, and my faith strongly influences how I work. Integrity, accountability, and stewardship matter to me, and I approach every project as if it were my own home or investment.
